About Bullion River Gold

Bullion River Gold Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on discovering and mining gold and silver in the historically rich - and presently quite promising - western United States, including Nevada and California. Though less than three years old, we are poised to become a significant gold producer this year and into the foreseeable future.

The Bullion River differences

We focus on high-grade deposits with high-volume potential in the politically stable and predictable confines of the United States, thereby reducing shareholder risk while maximizing the potential for significant returns. Our primary focus is Nevada's prolific Great Basin, the world's third-leading gold producer. We also have interests in the historically rich Motherlode belt of California, which we feel hasn't been adequately explored. All our properties have produced high-grade samples. We take pride in being an environmentally sensitive company, and work hard to ensure we operate within all local, state and national laws and regulations. With Bullion River, compliance is never in question.

Management

While the smart use of the latest technology is critical to finding and producing gold in volume, we believe the ultimate driver of our success will be the people behind our technology. After all, it's because of our management that more than 70 percent of our expenses go directly to exploration.

Peter M. Kuhn, our president, is a seasoned senior executive with mining experience in Germany, Canada, South America and the U.S. He has served as the director of four public companies.

Nancy B. Huber, our Chief Financial Officer has over 15 years of finance and operations experience and has her masters from Kellogg’s Graduate School of Management and her degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue.  She has also worked extensively with manufacturing and mining companies and dealing with the requirements of the SEC for public companies.

Glenn C. Blachford, our vice president of engineering, has 28 years of experience in mine planning and cost estimating, mine development in hard rock and soft ground, shaft sinking, mine production and project management.

Our board of directors is headed by Susan Jeffs, a London attorney who serves as an in-house legal consultant for a multinational oil and gas company and a global Internet retailer. She has been a director for many mineral exploration companies and has helped organize and administer several start-ups.

In addition, Lester C. Knight, who has more than 16 years of experience in the gold mining industry in Nevada, California and Venezuela, was recently appointed to the Bullion board of directors. He also serves as CFO for investment company Monarch Resources Limited.
