Gerhard Nel, President/C.E.O./Director

Natural born citizen of South Africa, immigrated to Canada in 1972 and became Canadian Citizen in 1977. Involved as investor in Capital markets since 1976 and Venture Capital since 1979. Have been active as Seed Investor and involved in fund raising for several start up companies listed on Vancouver Stock Exchange, TSX-Venture and OTC.BB.

Semi retired as pilot since 1999. Since 2001 have been mostly traveling while still involved in several financings on TSX Venture and OTC.BB.

Been involved with Bullion River as investor since inception.

Paul Haber, Board of Directors

Mr. Haber is President of PSH Management, a private investment and consulting firm.  PSH Management is focused on capital formation as well as strategic advice to growth stage companies. They partner with companies both pre- and post-transaction to help build and implement strategic plans.

Mr. Haber has ten years experience on Wall Street and been quoted in Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal. Most recently, he was a Special Situations Analyst at Carlin Financial Group. He was previously Portfolio Manager at an event and catalyst driven hedge fund. He was also a Senior Analyst at Leeb Brokerage Services.

Mr. Haber earned an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University (received Dean’s scholarship) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University.
